We should store soybean oil in a dry and dark place. For longer use, we should keep it in the refrigerator and away from heat.

Cooking methods of Soybean oil

Soybean oil is a good option for high-heat cooking methods like frying, baking, and roasting, it can withstand without breaking down at high temperatures. It is a good option for high-heat cooking because it has a high smoke point.
