Deficiency of Vitamin C:
If someone doesn’t take the recommended amount of vitamin C then
it can lead to vitamin C deficiency. Deficiency of vitamin C causes weight
loss, slows wound healing and fractured bones, reduced resistance to colds and
infections, also causes fatigue and joint pain.
Severe deficiency of vitamin C results in scurvy which
causes bleeding gums, bruising easily, the tendency for bones to fracture.
